Will Call
We are open for customer pickups and returns Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. No need to come in to the front desk first! While we are happy to assist you load and unload your vehicle, the risk and responsibility for protection of our equipment and your vehicle is yours. The Will Call process typically takes 20 minutes, so please allow sufficient time, especially during peak hours (8am - 9am, 11am - 1pm and 4pm - 5pm).
Customer pick up and returns are only offered at our building located at 5801 Clearwater Drive in Minnetonka. Upon arrival, please follow the signs guiding you toward the red Will Call door on the east side of the building. If the ramp is unoccupied, back your vehicle up on to the ramp. If occupied, please remain in your vehicle and form a line. Upon return of your rental items, please follow the same directions.
Please note, there is no minimum order amount for Will Call orders. Below is an overhead map of our building showing where the Will Call door is located.
