Dear Andrea, I am grateful we decided to go with you and your company, Apres. I never imagined the effort it would take to construct and then deconstruct that huge tent. It was like a miracle, transforming our yard into a real wedding event. Thank you for your guidance and leadership. I wanted you to know that the workers were respectful, efficient, and so kind to us as we fumbled through the expectations. It was our first time having this huge of an event, and the team helped us through it. What a smart idea to add the lights. The centerpieces included floating candles that sparkled along with the lighting of the tent, and we could view the lush green of our outdoors from the tent. Beautiful, beautiful! At the very end of the event, we experienced a downpour. We were thankful that we had the tent so all of us could shelter and wait out the rain. It did not feel crowded at all and kept us all dry. Jim - I often get asked how do you like working with Apr?s, or how is Apr?s to work with as a supplier? I am not even sure I can explain the bond I feel with your ENTIRE team! From you, who answers my messages WHILE you are on vacation in another country!!! To your crew on the Pride site that treat me as I am one of their own! David and Paco are such an incredible leadership team ? they each have their own strengths but paired together they are unstoppable! There were times I would pull up to them and need to get around the truck with a sponsor truck, I wouldn?t even need to say anything they saw my needs and addressed the situation before I could ask. Hardest working guys, I have met. Plus, they are working alongside of their crew, providing guidance and training as they do things themselves. They take ownership of the enormous task I place before them, and they NEVER let me down. The last couple of years we all have been stretched to the maximum of our capabilities and yet every time I ask for a change or add something new, they without question just get it done. The team this year was courteous and pleasant to me even as I saw many new faces. I honestly cannot express my great pleasure inworking with David and Paco - we must get them cloned too as this job can easily eat people up. We have used Apres for 2 years in a row. They are helpful - clear - affordable and trustworthy. We needed a tent for Pride in Minneapolis, when we showed up it was there, ready to go. Absolutely would recommend!

I've been an Apres client multiple times through the years, and most recently engaged them to help with our daughter's at-home wedding celebration. From first contact to design selection to delivery, it has been and was again this time a marvelous experience. Our design assistant Emily chose the PERFECT table setting for our red-and-gold Asian-themed event. The combination of her selections of cloths, linens, rimmed plates and glassware were just stunning. And the delivery guys, both dropping off and picking up, were terrific. Friendly, professional, courteous, they were super efficient and careful about removing the rentals from our house and garage and loading them back into their truck. Another job well done! I am totally in love with Apres! They are a first-rate organization with super service and great people. A big thanks to them for being a resource to our community.

I only needed to rent 10 chairs for a small dinner party, and was worried they might not work with me. Fortunately it was during the non peak season so I think that?s why they allowed it. Not sure if they normally would allow only a few chairs during peak seasons. Karla was very helpful and even guided me to their linen sale, which I also ended up buying some linens for my dinner gathering.
